Dania's content — including horoscopes, compatibility readings, transit forecasts, and all astrological interpretations — is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Astrology is not a science.

Our content is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified professional before making significant decisions, and never disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of something you read on Dania.

Your use of and reliance on this content is at your own risk.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Dania. You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Dania offers a free tier and a paid Premium subscription. Premium is offered monthly ($3.99/month) or yearly ($29.99/year) in US dollars, billed in advance through Stripe.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, at the then-current price, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Account Settings → Manage Subscription, which opens the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep Premium access until then.

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide partial-period refunds when you cancel. We may make exceptions at our discretion.

We may change prices for future billing periods. If we do, we will give you notice in advance, and you may cancel before the new price takes effect.

Do not misuse the service: don't attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to it, don't circumvent the paywall or resell our content, don't use it unlawfully, and don't upload another person's information without the right to do so.

The Dania name, app, and the content we provide are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use them for your personal, non-commercial use of the service. Information you enter remains yours; you grant us the permission needed to operate the service for you.

Dania is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that readings are accurate, that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dania and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on the content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You may stop using Dania and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are violated, for non-payment or fraud, or where necessary to protect the service or its users.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dania operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above, and for material changes we will notify you by email or in the app. Continued use of Dania after an update means you accept the updated Terms. Questions? Contact us at hola@daniaastrology.com.
